Graphic Card -400$

Hey guys, I'm building a PC right now,and looking for a graphic card that can play games like crysis3, archage and all AAA titles at high 1080p. not interested in video editing. my budget is 400$ -|Only for the graphic card-

For 400$ you can get a R9 290, for 420blazeit$ you can get an XFX R9 290. I would spend 20$ more and go for the XFX one, because the only 400$ one is a powercolor card which seems to have poor QC. 

 

For ~380 you can get a 4GB 770, which is useful only if you plan on doing 1440p or SLIing them for future use. Otherwise the next option is a 280X or 2GB 770.
