Tech giants should form a sort of council or something on patents. Things like this is stupid and the tech companies should do something to stop these type of things. WW3 is the Patent War and this needs to stop.

Well the article says the patent is currently 'rejected'. Hopefully it will stay that way and instead Oculus will sue Apple, that would just be golden.
