Apple iWatch Production Has Reportedly Begun

http://www.nextpowerup.com/news/8462/apple-iwatch-production-has-reportedly-begun.html

"China Times reports that Apple's wearable device, the rumored Apple iWatch, is now under production. The report states that Apple has kicked out the use of traditional PCB (printed circuit board) in favor of SiP (System-in-Package) modules, which helps attain lesser space usage in installing internal hardware components.

Upstream supply chain sources cite that Apple will ship as many as 2.5 to 3.5 million units of the iWatch in Q2 alone. That number is expected to increase as production will reportedly leap to 14 or 15 million units in Q3 2014.

Recent reports suggest that Apple will introduce the iWatch at WDDC 2014, scheduled for June, alongside the new iOS 8 mobile operating system."

That is cool but I will still not buy one. I would rather get another smart watch.

They will probably rip the shit out of you to buy one!

I hope that fan rendering is kind of close to the finished product. I rather like the way those look. The black one especially. I just hope its thinner. I hate bulky watches.

Oh?

because it looks more like a classic watch and I actually quite like it. I've always hated square watches.

Im interested in what they have to offer. I am saddened that I have moved away from IOS so i will not be able to use the iWatch unless there is a port for android. but over all I think apple will bring to the table what all current smart watch manufacture cant bring. style, performance, and functionality.

Personally, I think it's neat but DON'T CARE cuz I don't use apple. I'm more interested in for windows, android or that either works independently or with any platform.

There won't be an Apple IWatch. It's a joke that smart watches wherever a thing. To put it simply the form factor is too small to do anything productive on it. Even a phone is too small to do much on it.
