Internal Creator/Writer structure

Sup Linoids,

 

Have they ever talked about the internal organization of creators/writers and how it integrates under Linus Media Group? I'm super curious because Linus for the most part is a free-market guy, obviously a savvy entrepreneur and highly competitive individual. For some reason I'm imagining Each channel LTT, Techlinked, tech quickie, etc. all having a separate contract with LMG for performance and then the participants, channel managers are rewarded if they meet or exceed viewcount thresholds.
