hdmi 2.1 and usb to usb c

hello,

i want to connect my PC from one room to my living room TV through the wall, the tunnels in the walls would only really allow for one thin cable (it already has cat6 in it).

i was wondering if there is a way, 2 sided hub maybe.which input's HDMI 2.1 and some kind of USB (doesn't matter which, its for controllers/mouse/keyboard), then goes into some kind of optical cable (because they tend to be small especially the plugs but any other thin cable would do) and then has another hub on the other side which receives that cable and outputs the HDMI 2.1 and USB?

 

couldn't find anything which is like under 700 usd : ( which does hdmi and usb, only usb or only hdmi seems to have plenty of solutions.

 

help please, thank you in advance.

didn't know where to put it but it kinda mainly connect to gpu's (this is easy with igpu's through USB c on motherboard) but its not suppose to be here, please relocate and not delete.
