Apple iPod Watch

Can an iPod touch have its guts ripped out and replaced with an Apple Watches?

I have seen the video's of Linus "jerry rigging" a Steam Deck. I would like to know if you are capable of combining an Apple Watch and an iPod. The screen, battery and chassis of the iPod with the internals of an Apple Watch. 

 

This would make for a large screen Apple Watch with a long battery life. If that's not possible, can you figure out how to place Apple Watch iOS on an iPod? I have seen a simulation, but imagine being the first to combine the two.

I don't see why you'd want to. Aren't iPod Touches basically iPhones without the cellular radios anyway?

OP is talking about the opposite of that. They specifically mentioned the iPod Touch, so they're wanting to make an iPod Touch into an Apple Watch device.

I have realized that there is a great amount confusion. I was trying to get across the idea of using the screen of the iPod and possibly its battery with the inner workings of an Apple Watch. It would basically be a large screen Apple Watch.

 

An Apple Watch without the biometrics, as in a first, or second generation, may be able to have its screen replaced. It's just an idea. I don't have the technical knowhow, just a concept.

You would have to reverse engineer it and make a digitizer for it or some type of adapter. Its not easy at all to do but go for it
