Anybody speak Latin?

The National Guard is having a exercise in the area that I live in right now and in the local newspaper this is there "Integer magna leo, porttitor a, condimentum uteuismod dimentu.". Can anybody translate it for me?

Edit: are you sure its isnt "ut euismod"?

 

from what I can tell it pretty much says "This includes a refrigerator, followed by, an improved investment."

 

It reads more danish but I cant seem to translate it from that.

??? It's difficult to extrapolate a meaning from a basic translation of the words, plus some of the words I just couldn't find.

I studied Latin in high school, but I'm too rusty to translate it off the cuff. I can do Latin grammar still, but my vocabulary sucks. If this isn't answered by tomorrow properly, I'll bust out my Latin dictionary when I swing by my moms house. A lot of my old school books are over there.

One of the things I found running searches for that particular text string was that part of it is included in a text that's used in the body of quite a few DTP templates.

 

It's completely possible that it might have been cut & paste by accident and actually made it to print and that it's not even a complete sentence or might be parts of two different sentences. The copy editors might not have caught it because they may have assumed it was pertinent to the story.

 

It just doesn't look like it should make sense, but obviously, I could be wrong.
