I was going to install an SSD into this pc. I plug It off put in the ssd and this happened. I try it without the ssd and it still is happening. I unplugged all USB cables and nothing

Have you cleared the cmos? (reset BIOS)

Motherboard manual should indicate where are the pins for clearing cmos.

I'll do that tomorrow or after cause I left. I have to go to my after school activities

Take a plain paper or a rubber eraser, clean your RAM stick contact point.
Make sure your RAM slot clear from dust before you put it back in.

Take the RAM out and put it back in. Make sure it's fully seated in its slots.

I've never heard of paper or eraser being used and I would personally be afraid of debris from the latter. My personal preference is a quality Q-Tip and IPA.

Question: Is this the computer in your profile? With the 13400f? If so, put the graphics card back in. The 13400f doesn't have integrated graphics.

It's not the 13400f one. Tried everything you guys said and nothing

Found da problem sata port was shorting it out
