the main issue that could keeps happening is it boots every time my PSU is out of the case until I move it inside the case then it never boots again.

I plugged everything in outside of my case on the motherboard box. It booted to BIOS, it read both RAM’s, my ssd, and processor. After plugging everything in my case it didn’t turn on again, I reseated my RAM and switched them, causing it to turn on My psu is out of the case so after placing my psu in my case it wouldn’t turn on again. I unplugged the 28 pin and jump started it using the 3&4th pins as well as 4&5th with signs of life. I reseated my RAM and GPU with nothing happening. I turned it off and could not get power again, I reset the CMOS and everything came up again with my psu out of the case, only for it to not power on again when moving it back into my case. Also wouldn’t work with no RAM or one Stick inserted.

the attached images probably describe my steps a lot better.

It would be more helpful for you to take HD pics of what your are describing or even short videos.

It would just be a video of me turning on my PSU, pressing the power button and not getting anything.

So do the cables bend when you install the psu? Maybe there's something wrong with the cables that go into the power supply?

Just reaching for ideas
