Looks like your monitor/display is damaged. What happens when you post a screenshot here? (press PRTSCR on keyboard and CTRL V when typing a reply)

alright never buying cheap 144hz monitors again garbage xD this monitor has like 3 months freshly new 😞

If it's that new, you should be able to RMA or return it. Check with the store you bought it from.
