Looks kinda like that old Alienware Area-51 ALX case... I've always thought that the Phantom lineup has been very similar to Alienware's cases and vice versa.

its about the same size as your case, ever so slightly smaller inside, it will look bigger due to the bulge on top.

Top and front profiles look fine... but it's the sides that just throw me off.

For some reason the front makes me think robocop.

white, red and black. as with all next cases it will come in a lot more colours if people like it. I think its in gunmetal as well.

Not a fan of the looks of this case. It looks goofy to me and the case feet look like Rolos.

I wish NZXT would start making mATX and mITX cases, I'd buy those without a second thought.

The ones before this remind me of Alienware's gaudy looking cases. This is simpler... doesn't have that weird cutout on the top. Still not a fan of the overall shape, but I like this more, so it's on the right track, imo.

Bleck. The rounded and bulging top and front of this new design is gross. It feels a lot more gaudy than the previous versions, and I own the previous version. I thought of the Phantom line as a medium between the Switch 810 and the more "exotic" looking cases.

 

The top and front feel random and they probably serve no purpose either since they curve inwards to a point in the center (meaning no support for mounting fans on the outside again.. a waste of space that could've been revised). It looks as though they removed the random piece of metal from the front IO to make room for the longer radiator support people asked for, but mounting fans up on top of the case still doesn't look possible. I'll wait for a review to see if the bulges serve a purpose, but I will still think they look ugly--the pricing seems reasonable.

looks nice, I personally hate rubber gromments (makes routing cables a bit annoying) so not a big deal, I would buy it if I was ever making a low cost build

The bulge allows for rads or fans, not both.
