bios says is fan running at 75000-85000 rpm

when i turn the pc on the fan goes nuts. mf go like brammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
after a couple seconds in the bios it goes to normal but still shows over 75k rpm. i'm confused

The fans coming on full throttle before calming down at start up is what I would consider normal. My belief is that the motherboard delivers full power to the fans as a fail safe until the BIOS settings are applied and the fans are brought under control.

 

As for the high RPMs I am less sure on. I would get HWMonitor and see what it reports as the fan speed but otherwise so long as the fan is spinning in a controlled fashion its nothing to worry about.

Could be set to PWM instead of DC or vice versa

it got PWM? controlled? a bad controller? so long it works it could be fine.
