I dont think mining with one GPU, with a motherboard that has no option for atleast one more would be worth it. Also, if you want to build a mining rig, do it right. If you want a gaming PC, then build the specs you just posted.

You don't do this.

The best you can get on a 500W PSU is probably a 3060 or a 6600(XT) range GPU.

You're not going to do shit on this build, so quit trying,

My dude is pretty damn late to the party on mining even if he had a decent build for it, really.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

I wouldn't expect to earn much with a single GPU...GPU mining is kind of in its dying phase. I dabbled in mining ethereum with a RX 5700 and earned about $10 a week after factoring in electricity costs. I knew going in that this wasn't going to pull much income, but it was mainly for science =)

Edit: this was not meant as a reply to the comment above. This entire forum is confusing and I just joined today so sorry for the tag homie.

You're not gonna get any power to a GPU with a 500w PSU. Why not just drop your budget to 900 for a new GPU and get like an 850 watt power supply? 500w is just barely enough for your motherboard, cpu, fans and coolers, and peripherals alone, with maybe enough power for a VERY low end gpu with a small TDP
