like something that changes the whole GUI and makes it look totally different (DARK , ik the built in high contrast theme , im asking for something like that ) but also improves performance at the same time ? like a LINUX GUI which uses really low resources

( im asking for a trash old laptop that i have , which i only use for showing youtube to my 5 year old little bro , he uses it for his stuff (he uses zorin os) but i use the windows 7 for testing viruses and stuff like that , and its annoying how much time it takes compared to my other PCs)

Unlikely. A theme changes the looks, but it doesn't change anything about the underlying UI engine like changing the entire DE on Linux can do.

Other than disabling transparency, no, and even that was minimal performance gain unless you were running already 2-3 year old low-end graphics card at the time.

Viruses tend to cause slowness. But I would blame hardware first. Win7 was quite well optimized, and therefore well liked. I would say its laptops HDD, laptops CPU and laptops RAM. In that order.
