Looking for a Monitor

Hey I'm looking for a 144hz, 1ms Gaming Monitor (in best case 4k but that not important to me) in the best case below €320 (~$352)
I'm still sitting on a 60hz and need an upgrade, any recommendations ?

I also found this one "AOC 27G2U" is it any good ?

This one is perfect because its 27´, 165hz, 1ms and 1440p. It also has vesa support and many other features that are preaty good.
