What's the best quiet fan to use for an AIO?

I currently have some Noctua NF-P12 fans cooling an EK-AIO Basic 240 right now. Is this good enough to cool my stuff, or is there something else that I could use?

If you've already got those Noctuas it's not worth swapping. The difference in performance between then and an A12x15 would be like a degree or two at most. Those are very nice fans for what you're doing.

I have 6 Corsair ML 120's on my AIO in a push / Pull Setup. Don't hear it at all - runs at less than 1000 rpm and is super quiet. My CUP is averaging low 50's in temp when gaming.

I also have 3 on intake that also are low speed and the only noise from this machine is currently the Cooler on the GPU

ARGB?  P12 ARGB from arctic
No fancy?  T30 from phanteks, A12x25 from Noctua, P12 from Arctic
