Look for the cheapest one you think looks good. Almost anything will do better than the stock cooler, and whatever cooler you get will do just fine.

I might be an idiot when it comes to rigs. But I refuse to believe that an Intel stock cooler does not give an I5 any cooling issues
But hell... Here's my unwanted and mostly wrong suggestion
Amazon.com: Scythe Fuma 2 CPU Air Cooler, Intel LGA1151, AMD AM4/Ryzen, 120mm Dual Towers, Black Top Cover : Electronics

Noctua NH-U12S Redux gets my vote or any of the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evos.

That particular i5 outputs basically no heat. 80w peak turbo, then drops down to 65w after ~30 seconds (I forget the exact turbo timer). The stock cooler can easily handle that.

Stock cooler is noise problematic, but performance wise should be fine like others mentioned. However there's plenty of $20-$35 coolers in the US and EU market that would a be a great replacement, something from this list:

https://geizhals.eu/?cmp=1139715&cmp=1974402&cmp=2506956&cmp=2506952&cmp=1830983&cmp=2111673&active=0

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/CvqfH2

And additionally ID-Cooling SE-214-XT at $21, and Thermalright Assassin Spirit 120 at $30 (which are available on Amazon, but don't pop up on pcpartpicker). and Vertoo V5 on amazon for $30-$35 which is a decent option, but the Thermalright 120 below beats it overall.

The top performer is Thermalright Assassin King 120 at $37 (or similar Euros if ordered from Aliexpress), followed by SilentiumPC Fera 5 Dual at 30 eur.

The most cost-effective ones are LC-CC-120 basic at 22 eur in EU and ID-Cooling SE-214-XT at $21 in US.
