Should I take Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1TB (3rd gen) or WD Black SN750 SE (gen 4) ?

WD is a bit cheaper than Samsung one, which one I should consider to buy for new build?

The SN750 SE is also worse performing than the 970 EP. Maybe check for other deals like the SN750 (PCIe 3) or HP EX950?

PCIe 4 but look at the transfer speeds... 970 Evo Plus also has DRAM cache, it's not the 980

SN750 SE is budget SSD, don't buy it. That PCI-e 4.0 x4 will not help, it's a dramless, 1-core, 4-channel controller.
