Magician Software

Has this ever happened to you?
The SSD function fine, but as you can see below the magician software is not recognizing it. what would guys recommend? I already tried uninstalling Intel drivers, I ended up with a blue screen, the software is up to date so is the firmware.

Nope, never had this happen with my 970 EVO Plus. I think you should try to contact Samsung.

If the drive functions fine, I'd honestly just not use Samsung magician and continue using the drive as is. 

 

What do you need magician for?
