after using a usb drive to install linux i cant get it to format

i have 2 usbs and with pop os and ubuntu on them but i cant format the both windows and pop os say that cant format the usb drives image.thumb.png.09662cc1c1d8209e498eed3767c9217f.png

You should be able to right click the disk in disk management, delete the partition, then create a new one.

tryed that keeps saying that the volume was created but couldn't format it image.thumb.png.b1bdbf4381962d9779dbbc473d4b3831.png
