Can Asus Tuf A15 3070 runs dual monitors ?

I currently running an external screen through the usb c port as it is connected directly to the dGPU and was wondering if it can run another screen through the hdmi port (iGPU) because when i use extended displays the browser on my laptop screen (iGPU) is very laggy when there is a game running on the screen that is connected to the dGPU (game runs fine). Any help would be much appreciated.
