Pc won't boot after switching the cpu

I have recently bought a new cpu (AMD ryzen 5 1600af) for my PC , but it wont boot after I replace it , everything gets power and when I switch to my old cpu everything boots up normally.

 

Specs:

Microsoft Windows 10 Education

Processor AMD A10-9700 RADEON R7, 10 COMPUTE CORES

 (old) /  AMD ryzen 5 1600af (new)

 

Video Card

Radeon RX 570 series

 BIOS 1001
 Manufacturer

American Megatrends Inc.

Baseboard manufacturer   ASUSTek COMPUTER INC.

Baseboard product A320M-c

16 GB ram DDR4

I would update your BIOS

The Ryzen 5 1600 should definitely be compatible with an A320 motherboard, so I would try re-installing your old CPU and updating the BIOS to the latest version.
