Add options for open source/federated contact info

When Editing the Profile, I'd like to be able to also add contact info for open source and federated platforms such as matrix, mastodon and more services from the fediverse.

There's About Me section where you can add anything that doesn't have its own field.

We can't have fields for absolutely everything, but I have added an "Other" field for stuff like this.
