Program that allows windows to be moved from either end of monitor to second monitor for Windows 10

Hi all,

Sorry for the confusing title but I really can't find any other way to describe what I am looking for. Like the title says I was wondering if there is anything that allows to move windows from both left and right side of your monitor.

The current limitation in Windows 10 is that you can only move your window to the right but I would like to move the windows from the left side as well.

I know it is a horrible explanation. I haven't had any success googling what I am looking for either, so any help is appreciated.

You mean the "drag to the side and it snaps to half monitor" feature? It works if you slowly approach the shared edge, or else use WinKey+left/right arrow.

Do you mean snapping to the left and right sides of all screens even when in multi monitor mode?

you can do it if in the windows display properties  you have the monitors stacked instead of side by side. upside is you get the snapping but downside is you have to move the mouse up or down to go to the other screen.

Also good to know: you can use WinKey + Shift + Left/Right arrow key. It moves program instantly to another window.

Without shift it sometimes does not work for me.

Hi @AbydosOne ,@emosun and @JuztBe

Thank you for your responses, I am not looking for snapping but rather something that allows me to drag windows from either side of a monitor to the other monitor.

I've drawn an awful ms paint picture to hopefully illustrate what I am looking for.

The picture shows that the window can go to the other monitor from both the right side and left side. If it goes from the left side it wraps around to the other monitor, this is ideally what I am looking for

oh.... you want to remove the screen borders and just have the edges wrap around infinitely.... Yeah I got no idea how that would be done lol. I feel like that would really mess with a lot of functionality with programs and the UI

By doing some google searches I can find some (questionable and old) software which allows your mouse cursor to wrap around a monitor like that. But nothing that would wrap applications themselves like that

Thank you, the way you described it makes a lot more sense. It does seem like it is something that may just not be possible.
