thought id try doing some exercise just now.

i vomitted

We should both try to get in shape. I'm also not in a very good shape. Not fat, but just lazy, and weak.

It makes it harder that nights here are not dark at all, and I just feel more energetic to do things (like jogging) when it's dark.

Never trust my advice. Only take any and all advice from me with a grain of salt. Just a heads up.

You must start at the diet. That's the foundation for being "in shape". It's easy to stay in shape once you are in shape while eating unhealthy food, but getting from out of shape to in shape is very very hard if you don't eat right.

Yup. I don't trust anything over 9K images on imgur. I tried to look at a 10K image background album and it just crashed on me. I can see my album. I'm slowly adding more images to it and cleaning it for duplicates & NSFW images.

Gonna take a while, one page at a time.

I hate how clunky/useless imgur's interface is for this. I'm beginning to get resentful. :|

Patience is a virtue (see the bottom of this post).

You aren't kidding. See the bottom of this post.

You aren't kidding.

Weak sauce.

So, I tried adding 130 pages of images to an album at once. "You are trying to add too many images to an album at once." Well Find Me In The Alps. If that aint the piss in my morning cereal.

:| :|||||sigh I feel like whoever made imgur is not good at their job.

I give up. I can see the images in the album. But I cant see the image I click to view more than the thumbnail. Lets me see other random images but not what I click on.

At work... mhu57Rv.jpg

same here. And it sucks.

Sorry.

What. The. Hell.

I can infinitely scroll when I'm viewing the album, but when I'm editing it or the overall full list of images, I can't?

What the hell imgur? What the hell?

That is exactly why I'm not in shape and probably never will be. :P

Paleo diet allows for bacon and is generally awesome primarily because it cuts out a lot of excessive calorie intake (grains/breads).

Paleo diet is simple. Eat everything, but dairy & bread-based things. So meats, fruits, vegetables, beans, & legumes (nuts & such).

Eggs, bacon, & steamed vegetables is a good paleo breakfast. Though raw vegetables are better.

I eat waaaay too many sandwiches for that. And burgers. Hotdogs. Toast. Pretzels.

Besides that, I burn a lot of (too many) calories just sitting back and doing nothing all day that cutting them out and starting to excercise at the same time seems like a good way to lose weight that I don't have to lose. :P

Would hash browns work? Love hash browns. There really isn't much made out of potatoes that I wouldn't eat.

Would be easier if I had income for healthier food... Healthy food is not cheap, especially not here.

Potatoes are vegetables but they are a starchy food (read: sugar, like bread). They work for a paleo diet, but sort of defeat the purpose of the diet (to focus on lowering calorie intake). I love potatoes too (I'm Irish), but hash browns would work.

:( Same here basically. It's so backwards. Meat, dairy, & bread are supposed to be expensive while vegetables & fruits are supposed to be cheap.

Edit:

imgur has a max of 8K images per album now. Great. Time to sift through and delete unimpressive backgrounds &/or duplicates.

Dieting is a bad idea.

I lost a lot of weight without exercise, and that's by lifestyle and eating habit change only.

Diets in all form are a joke unless you do something sustainable for a LONG time like a keto.

I can only see a diet working if you're obese and need to lose weight quickly as a precursor to adopting new habits.

Would be easier if I had income for healthier food... Healthy food is not cheap, especially not here.

sounds like you're not shopping right

healthy food is some of the cheapest unless you import everything

-snip-

Define dieting. I've always considered it just changing your eating habits.

According to Google, it's not just that, but also eating specific foods over others and eating smaller portions by default.

There's nothing wrong with that, as long as you don't take it to an extreme. I think people's misconceptions make dieting a bad idea. Not dieting itself. It's basic math. Calories in vs calories out.

I think I put this in the wrong subreddit. Should've been /r/wallpaperdumps and not /r/wallpapers.

Aside from keto, if you have to abstain from certain foods, are hungry all the time, or have to follow some guide or menu, I would consider that a diet.

its suprising how much you loose just by cutting sugar. eating healthy can be suprisingly cheap if you buy right. like beans are mega cheap. there is also rice, which has good carbs. I go for the bulk chicken breast. cook em all at once, now you have meals for the entire week. this past week i ate chicken and rice. if you say healthy food is bland, go throw some hot sause, chahuela, tabasco, rooster sause, on that. breakfast, you can eat eggs.

the susprising thing is healthy food does not "technically" make you fat. so you can nearly eat the same portions as you were before. gultony is not wise though.

Fun fact for anybody interesting: Googling two basic foods with VS between them will give you a table comparing the two's nutritional value.

Here's an example.

I remember buying organic tomatoes once and the price on it was insane it's like 5 times the price on the normal tomatoes. Mom was like "did you buy tomatoes filled with gold?" and I was like "well I didn't really look at the price... I mean it's tomatoes, so I really didn't think it would be that expensive"

some companies try to exploit the market by saying "organic". unless it comes in a box, its organic.
