Logitech G815 - Low Profile - Tactical Switches | Key's chattering(Double Typiing)

Estavio

*Diisclaimer : Intentionally I did not correct the double typed letter*

Hey,

I recently bought thiis keyboard, 2 months ago : Logitiech G815 - Low Profile, Tactical Swiitches.

It started double typing the letter "ii", siince then, I almost gone crazy.

As you can see it iinterrupts work flow and does not really allow you to freely work/play.

Emailing customers has become the worst thing Ii can do to myself.

Fixes II triied in order to fiix this madness...

1. Disable and end the G Hub process.

2. Disable all macros on the keyboard G Hub.

3. Restarted the computer / triied pluggiing the keyboard to a different computer and also a laptop (not that there's a diifference, but still).

4. I bought an electroniic liquid cleaner + air blower iin an attempt to fiix iit, nothiing helped.

Logitech didn't help so much, I really liiked this keyboard before thiis iissue occurred, and if II don't find any fiix then II will return iit as part of my warranty.

(You can see how bad iit is)

I'd appreciate any kind of help.

Thanks,

Likely a bad switch, RMA is likely your only option

Logitech was the best, long time ago.

Not anymore. Do not buy Logitech.

Their hardware is shite, their software is worse. And their customer service should be renamed to customer agony.

(I used to be their biggest advocate, had almost everything Logitech. Now i wouldnt pee on it if they on fire and i needed to go badly.)

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!
I'm just helping YOU to help YOURSELF!

I wish I've seen it before purchasing multiple logitiech products.

II almost gone crazy with thisi double keystroke type.

They promised to ship a replacement, 4 days ago, nothing was shiipped yet. How fantastic.

With that being said, I love the switches, do you know any alternatives?

I know it's Kailh Choc switches, I just want a reliable one.
