Would linus or someone make a podcast with tech people? like joe Rogan but with Linus.

I wanna see some interesting conversations between linus and people who are in the tech field. Maybe even ceos of nivdia or amd etc.

they use to have more guests on the WAN show now its just kinda random if they'll call someone

Co-Host*, not Guest.

We've had a few WAN shows without Linus and just Luke with someone else.

They used to have guests, and still have them time to time. Wendell from Level1 also has guests every now and then, usually relating to some news technology.

 

Linus has said that getting guests is really hard overall because scheduling. With Rogan, his recording is done in LA or NY, so area where his guests are already.

 

If you want to listen discussions with industry leaders, Computer History Museum has really good recordings.

It won't be pure tech all the time, or consumer tech necessarily, but you can check out Lex Fridman. He had many guests like Instagram guy, blockchain guys, and other cs/tech field related guests.
