Looking to buy monitors.

I am looking to buy a pair of monitors for my PC for accurate reproduction of sound and general media consumtion.

 

What would you guys recomend?

You should rephrase for "monitoring headphones", because some cant connect the dots. Honestly speaking though, i wouldnt recommend a monitoring headphones like ATH-M50x for general content consumption as their dynamic range can make you feel like youre in an elevator. If you want a good pair of headphone with pretty stable gain across the entire frequency range, then consider looking at something like Beyerdynamic DT770, DT990, and Sennheiser HD600.

I would prefer speakers, not headphones. Because ie DT770 would be simple enough choice otherwise.

In that case please provide your budget, any features you would want/preferences you have, and any limitations you might have (size, distance from back wall, ect).

To add to the previous response, location may help too as monitor speakers often go for a steal on the used market. Personally I use a set of Tannoy Reveal 5A that I picked up for $100 (a steal) many many years ago.

My general recommendations remain with tannoy, their reveal line is still pretty great with the 802 genuinely being what I'd consider studio-ready monitors. The Tannoy Gold lineup is pretty dang good too. Having said that, there are many other great choices and the used market might have a gem of a deal waiting for you.

Second hand market can be a great place to get a really good deal.

Brands to keep a eye out for, Yamaha, KRK

Tannoy, Adam audio, presonus, Mackie all make good stuff as well.

Used market can be so great, but also so painful... especially if you don't have much experience with speakers and don't know what you're really looking for you, or if the owner doesn't allow for you to demo or try them out in some fashion

Looking at under 350 USD or thereabout for the full audio solution. I live in Russia.

My room is not particularly large nor is my table so I would prefer set ups that do not increase clutter and are not overly complex.

 

So far I have been looking at the following options:
Mackie CR4-X
Pioneer DJ DM-40BT
Fluid Audio C5
JBL Pro 305P MKII

I like my JBL LSR 305 a lot. (I think the 305P is just a newer version?)

Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of those you list.  Audio is subjective, just like beauty.  If it matters and you can, listen to each setup in a store.  If not, read a few more reviews and grab whichever you seem to vibe with.

I see, any nuance to keep in mind for those options?

 

Gonna test for any obvious issues in the store.
