Hello,i found a MSI RTX 3060 Ventus 2X OC on amazon at 584.11 euros.Is that a good price?and at what price should i sell my asus tuf gaming 1650?

that's not a bad price to be honest, the 1650 should be worth about £150 to £200 GBP so whatever that is in euros. Be aware though that the fees for selling on eBay is now way more expensive than it used to be so if I were you I would try to sell it locally or to someone you know

Get a used 1070 or a 1080 for less than 250£ and wait the prices or get a black Friday offer.. 584 euros for a 3060.. Oof.
