I just changed my gpu thermal paste, and now im reaching 75c on gta v even with 100% fan speed

What specific GPU? Where the issues there before replacing thermal paste? When taking off the side panel does it also run hot?

Maybe change it again. and tighten the screws properly. Check mark after thermal paste on gpu die. if it isn't covering the whole die, use more thermal paste. Just make a dot in the middle and let it spread out by itself.

my gpu is gigabyte rx 580
