Generally speaking, no. HDR is still a top tier "premium" feature used only in 4k properly. There are many HDRn't monitors out there though with HDR400 and HDR600, but no true proper implementation.

pg35vq is the only real hdr1000 1440p monitor, if resolution doesnt matter then an lg c1 oled is slightly cheaper.

Acer Predator X35 is also an option. It's 99% the same monitor as the PG35VQ.

 

But all in all you'll have to spend upwards of $1500 for a real HDR monitor.

 

Most chaper monitors that claim HDR support will accept the input signal but that's about it.

 

HDR400 shouldn't even be an official "HDR certification", as it doesn't really warrant any HDR apart from 400nits of brightness and an undefined "wide color gamut". HDR600 uses mostly entry-level local dimming like edge-lit solutions and this mostly also results in no real HDR capabilites. Heck, even some HDR1000 monitors also have bad local dimming with 8 zones or so (Samsung G9, Gigabyte FV43U). So not even HDR1000 is a safe bet if you want to shop by certification. The only HDR certification that currently guarantees a real HDR monitor is HDR1400 afaik. So don't give the certification too much weight, rather go by reviews.
