Getting notifications from subforums I don't follow, including Test Posts

I occasionally get notifications of topics from subforums I don't follow. I always assumed this was because mods would move the topic from a sub I do follow to one I don't, but today I got the following:

I don't follow Phones and Tablets and well, I don't think I even can follow Test Posts; can someone verify whether this is just a coincidence with two posts being moved or a bug?

You'll receive notifications for posts in subforums you do not follow if those posts were originally posted in a subforum you do follow, then moved to a different subforum by the moderation team. I can confirm both of those posts were moved.

You shouldn't be receiving it for posts moved to test posts though. 

 

Which subforums do you follow?

I just did something which should clear the notification for the post in test posts. Can you please check your notifications again to see if the notification is still there.
