Cooler questions

Zachtothh

Hey guys, I recently installed a new liquid cpu cooler in my build. I was wondering if it was okay for the coolers tubes to touch the top of my gpu. I only wonder this because of heat reasons. Also if it isn’t okay for the parts to touch, does anyone suggest a better way to keep them off besides a zip tie lol

Touching is fine.

Altho i presonally would try and prevent that.

Since most GPU's are already heavy on their own and i would not want to put that extra stress on the PCIe connector.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

Them touching isn't going to do anything catastrophic, but with my own experience I personally try and avoid it as your liquid temp is going to be higher as it would be in direct contact with the gpu(mainly under load).

Maybe some LTT cable ties would make it look a little cleaner looking "LTTSTORE.com"
