Camera set under £250

Hello, im looking for a camera and lens kit. 

For under £250

 

Main use if action videography, and some pics on side.

 

What's the best camer choice for fast action videos?

As in recording whilst you are performing the action stuff or recording someone performing action stuff?

 

For 250 you will basically get a mediocre camera and that is it when going new. You'll have to go used here.

How about a gopro or simmilar action cam.Would that formfactor work for you?

For £250, I would just use your phone.
