Mouse preferences are subjective.

The G502 is very popular so some clearly it's "good" for some people. Others consider it too heavy. Personally I tried one for a bit and found it to be too narrow to be a "comfy multibutton ergo mouse" and too weighty to be a "twitch responsive fps mouse."

If you like it then it's good for you.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

It's okay. I often find myself accidentally clicking the side thumb buttons during intense fights in games so I've disable them. The middle mouse button isn't great (the left/right scroll makes it feel wobbly). It could have done with a rest for your pinky finger on the side. With the way I grip the mouse my finger ends up in no man's land or dragging across the desk.

Depending on your hand size and grip style your mileage may vary.

It's a very common expression derived from disclaimers in old car ads. You think Linus invented it or something?' Im always amazed by how small some people's cultural frame of reference is.

I personally don't like logitech mice. I've had a g502 and a g703. The g703 had the double click issue and I hate the cord on the 502.

I like the mice that glorious make. I haven't had a double click issue yet and the cords are super lightweight. Pricing is very similar to Logitech also
