Best AIO cooler for my setup?

Have a 5800x, want to upgrade to 5950x or threadripper. I do animations. Curently have a Hyper 212 Evo...which is barely enough for what i'm doing now.

 

Looking for a 360 AIO. I want the best performance possible, no budget.

Arctic liquid freezer II 360 would be my recommendation.

Thank you! Is there anything better? It's only $124 on amazon...I thought that nice AIOs were closer to $200-$300?

At that price you pay for bling mostly, the Arctic outperforms most and outperforms all at the same noise level. The EK AIO ran a tiny bit cooler but with higher noise/rpm.
