Skype opens in metro and desktop

whenever i get a skype call it comes in twice at the same time. my metro app says that im getting a call and my desktop app does. this is pretty annoying. anyone know how to fix this?

Try uninstalling the metro app or the desktop app. Whichever one you want, so you only have one.

Uninstall Windows 8 and install Windows 7, best fix.

I think theres a way in PC Settings to disable notifications for metro apps
