My laptop freezes for like a fraction of a sec every several minutes plz help

Hi so, this happens randomly, some times it happens multiple times with a separation of a few times and some times it happens 1 time in a long period of time, what happens is that the speakers or in my case earphones emit a sound that is like "TRRRR" or I don't know how to explain it, and at the same time the PC like freezes for a sec then continues normally, do you have any idea on what could be happening? if so please tell me velow, thank you in advance

I don't know which info could I give you but my laptop is the dell precision m6600, I have an ssd, 8gb ram and windows 10, if you need any additional info just ask me

There isn't any temp problems, max temps for both cpu and gpu are around 60 degrees
