Does the PC turn on. Also what are your specs?

He literally said in the title that it turns on but doesn't post...

Is it plugged in? Is it turned on? Are you sure? No, really.

What CPU and motherboard? There might be debug LEDs we can use.

Try loosening the cooler mount to CPU. It might be too tight.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

CPU is the AMD 3600x and the motherboard is the MSI b550m mortar WiFi. What we tried when the post started was to take the GPU out and resocket it. I'll try loosening the CPU block and recheck all the cables

You could have it on to tight

Update, its working now. we tried putting the stock cooler back in but that didn't work. put the new cooler back in after resocketing the CPU, ram, the side 24pin motherboard plug and the cables for the Corsair H100i pro. plugged the power cable and all the other cables. it booted into bios then ran it normally. It loaded into windows however it had a black background. After restarting it it works for now.
