best way to control 9 cm fans?

kfinch

My computer has 6 cooler master argb fans running on a generic hub that can only be controlled with a littler remote control.

I'm installing another 3 fans that I believe are identical, and would like to have a hub that can be controlled through my Asus z590p.

Currently there are 4 case fans and 2 radiator fans, with the 2 on the rad being run off a splitter.  Would I be better off using splitters to connect to a smaller hub or just get a hub that can handle more fans?

Any ideas on a hub?

The fans will be here tomorrow so next day off Amazon would be awesome but if not I can wait 😕

Never heard of specifically 90mm fans in computers as a standard. 80mm and 96mm were common sizes.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

I think OP meant Coolermaster and not centimeter.

As for actual help, why not just use their 10 way splitter if it works with your specific fans? I'm not sure if yours have the same type of connector as this hub.

Your MB has 5 Fan headers, CM fans is about 0.3A each. so 2 fans for each header.

more than 10 fans and you will need a hub like Ikeagnom said.

The 10fan hub I seen doesn't support the argb I don't believe. Or does it?

All of the current fans are ran behind the mobo tray to a hub. If possible to use a different hub and actually get fan control I'd prefer that over rerunning all the wires to the headers.

you can use almost all PWM controllers. Personally I run commander pro and i love it.
