Should I buy a titan x Maxwell or a 1660 super, both exactly $500

I'm trying to build a computer and I'm wondering what gpu I should get between a 1660s and a titan x maxwell. Should I wait for gpu prices to drop?

Neither are worth $500. 1660 Super is $230 MSRP. Titan X Maxwell is 6 years old.
