as far i remember i dont recall ever seeing this kind of lines before.

now the store where i bought it from gave me 6 months of warranty which is safe to say is alread over (bought it on sale, it was brand new though)

now idk if AOC manage the warranty with them cuz apparently this monitor has 3 years of warranty direct with aoc or something like that?

You dyslexic? 🙂

I have similar lines on my lg.

In my case it's a monitor defect.

I'd probably try to DDU first and make sure it's not a driver issue before doing anything in terms of warranty claim. But if you can rule out software, i'd contact AOC and make a warranty claim.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

i did ddu and nothing changed, contacted aoc service center since im not in EU or NA atm, fortunately they had a local support service at my current place, but when i took it for the diagnostic they didnt found any issue according to the sheet report i got given with my monitor when i picked it up, the thing is that the problem is there so i dont know how  they failed to see it.

again my only concern would be: will these lines/dots wahtever they are wont expand and mess up the monitor more, or will it stay like that and nothing  else will happen, because if thats the case then i dont wanna bother with any more procedures, i cant afford to be without a monitor for weeks.

No one can say if it get's worse or not. But if they didn't have the problem, maybe it's not the monitor but your GPU.
