Should I get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro?

The Xiaomi phone has some of the best specs for the price as everyone knows but how trustworthy is Xiaomi actually? Does anyone know what they collect and if it would be safe to use and sign into stuff. Thanks.

 

Edit: By stuff I am referring to emails, online banking etc.

Do you care about what they collect? Problably not cause you like the majority of us use google and other big tech companies that also collect your personal data

 

In my personal experience xiaomi screens crack and break very easily

 

Tbh if you want maximum compatibilty with your apps get non chinese phones cause chinese phones seem to have quite a few oddities and incompatibilities

 

Or you can go the other route of just installing a custom rom on your phone but youll have to check if a custom recovery is even supported or not on your phone let alone if theres even a compatible rom for it

Brand can go from very trustworthy to untrusted in just a day, depending on your "standard" if you will

 

They collect data?, Yes everybody does, by the time you connected to internet some apps collect data From you, but what that data was?, Idk, something from as simple as "hey this user is online" to "this is this user Google password" or something

 

Xiaomi have the best spec for the price for sure, but do check some review before you buy it, bcs they must cut corners somewhere to make it that way...
