I hope you haven't lost somebody recently. I 100% agree.

And im pretty fundamentalist about it. I once took the keys away from some insanely drunk stranger and refused to hand them over till the damn cops came. Was working as a bouncer across the street and just walked up smiling asking him about his car, took the keys and walked calmly away.

Cops praised me while he was cussing me out

Never allow anybody to drive drunk. Its everybodys responsibility.

Oh....just one thing. Your lost me a underage drinking. Not that i think anybody young should drink alot but that message is not just naive but damned stupid. I seen how it works in the US where underage drinking isn't allowed compared to places where its legal....Difference? Its ten times more controlled where its allowed because he doesn't have to be done in secret, but can be watched and observed.

Keep your activist crap off this forum please, people are aware of it but they refuse to acknowledge it because of the retarded idea that "it won't happen to them".  Telling those kinds of people about it will only reinforce their belief that they will be fine if they do it.

Wait, how did you get the keys? Did he like stop or something? Wow, shocked cops praised you for cussing. My friends say cussing is never good. They were damn dead wrong.

I didn't cus....he did......He was walking from a pizza place. or maybe falling in a controlled direction is more descriptive. he was about to turn off the car and saw me, and since I was all smiles and polite interest he didn't think anything of it.

I didn't yell, I didn't do anything except refuse to give him his keys. He would have killed somebody. He was shitfaced.

The reason why this statement is true is because every Teen that thinks they are cool because they can get away with drinking because their parents do not give too shits and a rats ass about what they do, is that teens think nothing bad can happen to them tell its to late and the sad thing is most teens do not even listen. They take adults for jokes half the time anyways. If kids could only developed their frontal lobes faster, the world would be far off better.

My school has a program called every 15 minutes. They make a video that leads to the "crash scene" where students are there acting dead or injured. They declare some dead and then they go two days without school and when they're gone, an obituary is read in their classes. Then, there is a "funeral" where the parents act telling about their lives and stuff. A guest speaker that actually has had an experience then speaks about what happened to them. The police chief of our town came up and talked to the kids that "act tough and think they are invincible with the stuff they do" and called them out that they aren't really tough.

The crash scene is actually really cool because they have real cops, ambulances, fire trucks, and one of the "critical condition" people gets an airlift from a helicopter.

This program is really effective in my town, a lot of people cry and take it pretty serious

This is not a joke, but when I was age 11 I was in the car when my mom was drunk (I forget what her achohol level was but it was up there), I remember crying to her to take me to my dads who only lived a mile away from her friends house (where she got drunk), it was in the middle of the night so I was to scared to walk, but man I wish I would have, we were riding up the road and I remember here swerving around, I had to take the wheel at some points because she almost hit a truck and ran into the bridge, then I got to my dads and I remember knocking on the door screaming and yelling 'Dad help, dad help. mom is drunk, dad help, dad help *dogs barking*  "  Then i got in I locked my mom outside, I was telling my dad whats up and then my dad left her in, and my mom tried to hit my dad so I called the police they came, my mom got arrested, and the biggest thing I remember was not only the fear, but the fact that the one police officer said it was very brave what I have done.

Til' this day my mom still does drugs and alcohol, I haven't talking to her in nearly 4 years, haven't talked to my only sister in 5 years, but thats a another story for another day.

Thanks for reading,

-Nick

PS: I have vow to myself, never to drink nor do drugs, but one time in a time of depression I did smoke for 2 years, I quit now.
