Should i upgrade my GPU?

Hey guys,
recently i thought about buying a new GPU (very likely an RTX 3070 if i can get one).

Here's a list of my current setup:

 

CPU :             AMD ryzen 5 1600 6x 3,6 Ghz
GPU:              MSI GTX 1060 6GB Gaming X
Ram:              16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200
Mainboard:     Asus Prime B350-Plus
PSU:               550 Watt Corsair RMx 80+ Gold

Does this setup also Work well with an RTX3070 or would it be better to built a completely new rig?
Also would 550 Watt be enough to power the System?

Not ideal? Yes.

Usable? Also yes.

 

I would get an up to 750, but really it should be fine and your next priority should be the CPU too to alleviate bottleneck.
