Broke S7 Screen, How to unlock on my PC

Hi, I broke my phone screen yesterday, the display wont lit up but it can charge and i get notification noises. I downloaded "Vysor" so I could try to project my phone to my pc but I didnt enable "USB Debugging" is there a way to enable it without being able to use my phone? Or some way to bypass it?

you can try connecting it with wire to a display, it may display to it

and u can also use a USB mouse to unlock and what not i think?

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately
