Moved to troubleshooting.

Looks like it's an issue with the monitor. You can rule out other hardware being the issue by plugging in another monitor to the PC or plugging in a TV with HDMI and using that as a monitor. If there's no issues with a different display then it's the monitor that's the problem.

Since you bought the monitor recently you should try returning it to the store you bought it from or contacting the manufacturer to replace it under warranty.

Theres no relation with the cpu right? On 9 may i got new cpu ryzen 5 3600 but this problem appears before i change the cpu. And yes 8 month before i use gtx 1650 super with my old lg 19mk monitor and its fine. No problem

CPU does not relate to it.

The monitor is faulty ... there's a foil with lots of traces (very thin wires) that's glued to the glass, the lcd panel.. those wires carry the signal from the chips which actually send the pixel data to the panel.

Most likely the foil got damaged or is not stuck to the panel anymore so for those columns of pixels, the lcd panel no longer receives data.
