Those are just useless plastic cover, remove it with a pin or just push with your philip screwdriver.

 

After you unscrew all, slowly pry the side to separate the top cover.

Good news: It just locked itself to prevent further damage from water.

 

We gave it to someone who has knowledge about laptops.

 

It has oxidation around motherboard from and they cleaned it.

 

Now it still on repair, hope it will be working perfectly fine as it before.

I'm not sure if this model come with CMOS battery or not. If not you can try to remove the battery, and then plug in your power brick. 

This is exactly what happened to our laptop. Keyboard got shorted and dead. We have ordered replacement keyboard to it, laptop working fine. There's was some oxidation around the motherboard but it cleaned.
