What Gaming Chair should you get?

Skykiller

Hi,

I am thinking of getting a Gaming Chair, but I don't really knwo what to choose. I am a great Fan of Astralis and so I thought in the Secret Lab OMEGA Chair becouse it has an Astralis style.

Do you guys have any other chairs you recommend? BTW got 300-400 Bucks to spend.

Not a gaming chair. Look for a good, ergonomic office chair. Gaming chairs are garbage.

I kwno the Problem is that the only office Chair I like is the Eams EA118/119... but these things cost 1.700 up and I don't have that much money to spend on a chair. But I really love them they are sooo beautiful

There is an in between. Chairs designed as "gaming chairs" that look like automotive racing bucket seats are terribly built and horrible for your body/posture.

Ask yourself, why are they all designed to look like a racing bucket seat? A seat designed with comfort the least important aspect.

Visit your local office liquidation store, they'll have plenty of cheap office chairs for you to try.

I'm using a Respawn Spectre because I got a stupidly good deal on it during Prime Day, but it's a pretty decent chair overall. It's no Hermann Miller, but even at its non-sale price of $320, it's pretty decent for the price.

I think you're focusing on the wrong aspect of a chair.

There are many comfortable and inexpensive office chair that crush "gaming" chairs for extended sessions.

Then just get the one you think looks the best if you don't care about your back.

I know that I am probably forcing to the wrong part but for me it matters. When my ass hurts but the chair is beautiful it dosen't hurt me.xD

physically go to a store and find a chair thats comfortable and isn't to expensive. but dont get a gaming chair, worse build quality and ergonomics all to increase the price

They're not cheap because they're ugly, they're cheap because they're used. It's an office liquidation store. With your budget, this is the most realistic option.

Honestly most "Gaming Chairs" are about the same. If you have a Staples near you, I would just swing by one and see what they have.

I personally have this one, https://www.staples.com/staples-vartan-gaming-chair-red-53241/product_24326595

I would however still recommend looking at ergonomic office chairs as they are far more comfortable for long sessions, I will personally probably be upgrading in my near future.

Biggest thing for me was mesh seat.

No matter how comfy the padded seats were in any chair I've ever had, they always resulted in butt pain.

Having changed to a mesh chair, I'll never go back. No butt pain at all, ever.

The downside is your farts rise up immediately and hit you in the face in mesh chairs, whereas in padded chairs they tend to soak in.

I also hate leather because it makes my ass sweat.
