Yeah... it's not in CMD ... cmd is command prompt. 

It's a telnet server that sends you a stream of bytes which show up on your console as ascii drawings.

 

You can use putty or anything else besides telnet to get this show up.

 

also... probably not worth an actual thread, would be better on the sidebar.
